  • We'll be direct about whether this is something we can help with and on what timeline.
  • If it makes sense to move forward, we'll outline what the first phase of an engagement would look like.

Do you work with companies outside of telecom and financial services?

Yes. Our background is in telecom and financial services, but the problems we solve — operational analytics, data science, systems architecture, custom software — are industry-agnostic. We've worked across utilities, government, IoT and fleet management, and public sector.

Do you do fixed-price engagements?

Typically yes. We work project-based with a defined scope and target. We'll be clear about what's included and what the deliverables are before anything starts.

What if we're not sure exactly what we need?

That's the most common situation. Book the call and bring the problem, not the solution. We're comfortable starting from "something isn't working and we're not sure why."

How quickly can an engagement start?

It depends on scope, but we move fast by design. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the first call.
